Banana & Papaya Smoothie

What you need:

 

1 ripe banana

1/2 small ripe papaya

150ml (5fl oz) milk or soya milk, chilled

1-2 tsp runny honey

1 pinch cinnamon or nutmeg

 

What you do:

 

Peel and roughly chop the banana. Place in a blender or food processor.

Scoop out the seeds from the papaya, and remove the skin. Chop roughly

and add to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend for a few secs

until smooth and thick. serve immediately.
